THE ACROPORA PROJECT

The Assomer is in charge of the ACROPORA project.

Its goal: Reinstate two emblematic coral species of the Caribbean Acropora cervicornis and Acropora palmata appearing on the red list of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). These two fast-growing species have an important ecological and socio-economic role across the Caribbean.

THE ROLE OF KARIBA
